Eligibility for Returns

Items We Accept for Return:

  • Sealed and unopened trading card products (packs, boxes, cases)
  • Items received in error (wrong cards or products shipped)
  • Damaged products (photographic evidence of damage required at time of delivery)

Items We Cannot Accept:

  • Trading card products that have been opened
  • Single trading cards

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

You'll need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photographs of the item(s) if they arrived damaged or incorrect

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging with all protective materials intact and in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

For approved returns, your refund will be automatically processed once the item arrives back at our facility. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for missing packages). You'll need to provide supporting documentation such as photographs or tracking information.

Special Circumstances

Custom or specialty products may be subject to additional return conditions.

Undelivered Returns

If a courier returns your order to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you by phone and email once we receive the returned order to verify your details
  • If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours, we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method
